A history of war is also a history of refugees, forced movement and resettlement. In the 20th century alone, around thirty million people lost their homeland due to radical, ethnic, and, in part, racist nationalism. In this podcast we explore migration and escape, using historical analogy as a methodological tool, and recent debates on provincializing Europe and methodological nationalism.
